• acknowledge that you are in good physical and mental health. You are advised to speak to a physician before beginning any of our programs.

• recognize that Alyson Premo, LLC DBA The Sober Mom Coach is not a doctor or a licensed therapist.

• knowingly acknowledge and freely assume all risks associated with discontinuing alcohol or substance use.

• release Alyson Premo, LLC DBA The Sober Mom Coach completely harmless of liability if you sustain dangers of any kind.

• understand that any materials/content provided is proprietary, is for your individual use and is not to be shared.

• agree that if any of the aforementioned agreements are broken, the balance shall continue to be paid and that no refunds will be given after a purchase is made.
